Steel Garage Doors

Durable steel doors in a range of gauges and styles for homes and businesses.

What this service covers

Steel is the default for a reason: it is strong, it does not rot, and modern baked-on finishes hold color for years. The two decisions that matter are gauge — lower numbers mean thicker steel — and whether you want a single skin or an insulated sandwich panel.

  • 24, 25 and 26 gauge options for different budgets and dent resistance
  • Single-layer, two-layer and three-layer constructions
  • Baked enamel and woodgrain-embossed finishes
  • Windows, hardware and panel styles selected to match the house

Steel Garage Doors questions

What gauge should I choose?
24 or 25 gauge for a busy family garage or anywhere kids play. 26 gauge is fine for lighter-use doors on a tighter budget.
Will a steel door rust?
Not under an intact factory finish. Deep scratches through to bare steel should be touched up, especially near the coast.
