Garage Foundation Work

Concrete foundations and slabs designed for new garage builds and structural stability.

What this service covers

Everything above a garage depends on what is under it. We excavate, form and pour footings and slabs sized for local frost depth and soil conditions, with the drainage slope and door threshold detail worked out before the concrete truck arrives.

  • Excavation, forming, footings and reinforcement to local code
  • Vapor barrier and correct slab thickness for vehicle loads
  • Drainage slope and door threshold detail planned in advance
  • Anchor bolt layout coordinated with the framing plan
